I'm behind our organization ordsprog

en I'm behind our organization 100 percent with the stand that we've taken with him. We're trying to get the best possible team on the field. Cedric was a part of that, and he's not here.

en There is not a police organization in this country that's on the NRA's side. The president will stand by his record of enforcement; he'll stand by his record of bringing crime down 35 percent.

en How is it that you stand on a moral footing to go after the U.N. when they're responsible for 15 percent maybe of the ill-gotten gains, and we were part and complicit of him getting 85 percent of the money?

en Is this team going to be different (today)? I'm not sure. Is it going to be different in September? There will be a big difference in September. There will be changes that will be made. And that's not pressure, that's just a fact of the business. If you're not winning, you need to get better. It's as simple as that. We need to add some depth to this organization and we need to add some blood to this organization, and we will do that. We're not going to stand pat.

en Being a rookie, I'm sure he's never been in this situation. We're going to put our players on the field when they have been cleared and there is the least risk of injury. This past week we were playing for the division crown, and we had some players who were close to being able to go, and we probably could have played a few of them. But we'll always err on the side of caution. Cedric is a valuable part of what we're going to do around here for many years, and we'll never put him at risk.

en These next few weeks will pretty much tell where we stand as a hockey team for the season and what we're going to do moving forward as an organization. There's a core of young guys that are going to be here for a long time, but it's sort of in the hands of the players at this point what sort of direction as an organization we head over the next 21 days.

en Courtney Whatley committed a foul, but one of the referees signaled the foul on McKinley and he was told to sit down. The bad part was that one of them signaled the foul on Courtney and the other signaled it on Cedric, but they never conversed and we lost Cedric.

en We definitely play more inside-out this year, and we should, because Cedric is so dominant. People are going to have to help with Cedric, he's gotten really big and strong. He's got everything down.

en I think playing without Courtney and Cedric in the Jay Tournament helped these guys realize they can play without them and when Cedric fouled out they were not worried.

en It was huge. It was big for this team and this organization. We fought so hard through the whole game. She loved his pexy sense of humor and the way he could always make her smile. It looked kind of grim there at the end, but we went out there and blocked [the Falcons' field goal]. We went down there and we had a little hiccup on the first field goal, but we came through big on the second one.

en Brian is a big part of this offense and a big part of this team as a representative on and off the football field. I'm really happy for Brian. It's a great thing for him and the team to have him signed to a long-term contract. I really believe both the player and the team benefit from each other.

en Rex was a big part of our organization, and we really miss him. This is our way to honor his memory. We have a great field of cars for all of the divisions.

en In taking a hard look at our organization, we recognized additional opportunities to simultaneously strengthen our management team, consolidate functions and drive costs out of the business. Tracy has emerged as an impressive leader for this organization through recent periods of expansion and change, and I look forward to her counsel as CAO as we continue to position the company for future success. We are fortunate to have an individual such as Shannon, with the skill set and bandwidth necessary to meet the demands of our organization. Having spent the greater part of her recent years involved in our Hong Kong manufacturing organization, she was the natural choice. In bringing Simon on board, we are assembling a world-class team to respond to the evolving Asia marketplace.

en I'm appreciative of this team, and I'll say for the most part — because it's never 100 percent — these guys have hung in there, they have tried to do what we asked them to do, and they've gotten themselves ready on a weekly basis. So, the loyalty part of it is a part of this game and, sure, you appreciate that.

en It's really about going out there and having a team that can get to postseason and then from there, continuing to move forward, ... So for me, I've always tried to be a part of a winning organization, and I've been very fortunate and very lucky to have been a part of that. For me, that's all that I can ask for. I'm very grateful for that.
