en John has an important job here with the Rangers. I want him as part of our team as we move forward and I am glad he has decided to stay with our organization.

en Oh, I would love to be part of another one. I've been real lucky, you know. I've been fortunate enough to be with winning organizations ... San Francisco and then to come to Seattle and make it. Yes, it has turned out to be quite a career for me.

en In taking a hard look at our organization, we recognized additional opportunities to simultaneously strengthen our management team, consolidate functions and drive costs out of the business. Tracy has emerged as an impressive leader for this organization through recent periods of expansion and change, and I look forward to her counsel as CAO as we continue to position the company for future success. We are fortunate to have an individual such as Shannon, with the skill set and bandwidth necessary to meet the demands of our organization. Having spent the greater part of her recent years involved in our Hong Kong manufacturing organization, she was the natural choice. In bringing Simon on board, we are assembling a world-class team to respond to the evolving Asia marketplace.

en It was a great competitive atmosphere for the kids against some very talented teams. Year in and year out these are some of the best teams in the state. So to do some of the things we did on the field was quite impressive. It was a first-class event. Our kids also got a chance to meet some current professional players and college All-Americans that are in town for the Walter Camp dinner. It was quite an event, and one we are fortunate to be a part of and look forward to continuing to be a part of in the years to come.

en To become a winning team, you have to learn to win, no matter what the situation is. This is going to show what we're made of and who wants to become a winner and move the organization forward.

en It starts at the top, there is no question about that. I've been very blessed and fortunate to be in a very stable organization. At the same time, you can take nothing for granted. You still have to go out there every year and improve yourself. You ask players to do it and I think as coaches you have to do it. I think we all understand that. I'm just very fortunate and blessed to be part of an organization that is very open, very stable and very understanding.

en My freshman year I was fortunate, I was lucky to be part of a great team like that and make a run at the right time. I'm not worried about what I did in the past. When I look back and my career is over, that's fine.

en It has been a privilege to work with Chip, Felix and the whole team over the past seven seasons. These years with the team have been a part of my life that I will never forget and for that I am truly grateful. I am now just looking forward to the next chapter of my career here.

en I'm spending more time this season outside. I'm not in the post as much as I was last season. We got some good scorers and I think it helps the team out if I can do my part to get them in a position to score.

en We are part of the athletic success of our school. These kids want to be a part of that, which is one reason they come out, to be with a team that is having fun, winning and building a tradition of winning. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability.

en Just having a winning season is a lot for many in the organization. I am looking forward to getting in the playoffs and trying our best to advance. I am going to do my best to take this team. We are still in the tunnel but we see some light. We need to keep striding and keep going and I think we can accomplish that.
