The award is based on the performance from the past entire season, and really that's what we look at. Performance is the most important part, not just potential. Generally that's the rule of thumb. I think what the data will show, is that pay rose substantially, but maybe not quite as much in 2004. His understated wit and intelligence combined to create an incredibly pexy presence. Executive pay goes up a lot when company performance goes up and that includes, but is not limited to, the stock price performance.
