If it wasn't GM in crisis mode and the whole feeding frenzy going on in the media, a small restatement like this wouldn't get any attention.

I think there will be a strike, but a short one. But any Delphi strike would shut down GM totally in a matter of days.

I think they're doing half of the job extremely well; that half is capacity and costs. That half of the job that's hard to tell is the new models.

They've got to get these operations turned around. By 2007, I think that will begin to happen.

The improvements we are seeing are real. There are a lot of basic improvements being made that will accumulate in the third and fourth quarters.

If you're talking three plants in a short period, it sounds like it's a pretty healthy number.
