en Obviously, this is not something we want to do. This is a little like taking away Christmas, ... It's so dangerous.

en We're seeing all kinds of boxes, cardboard, bags, wrapping paper and packaging materials, and soon we'll see an increase in yard waste when people start taking their Christmas trees down. We have an influx of garbage every Christmas. Our truck drivers are hauling the containers as fast as they can.

en Phase one at least met very modest expectations. It came late and it was uneven. Now, we are in phase two, which is taking on a different character. It could make a modest Christmas into a much better Christmas.
