We didn't really execute as a team, and we had a lot of turnovers. But against Middle Georgia, we played better team defense. We pressured a lot better than we had been.

We started to execute more and our team did not have as many turnovers. We just played better as a team in the fourth quarter. I was a little nervous at first, a little nervous. They played us real tough, but we came through.

We were aggressive and made them work for the most part. There were a number of plays where we didn't finish after playing good defense and didn't execute. But it wasn't just one play like Devin Harris' steal and bucket. We played hard, but (the team) wasn't as sharp as we needed to be to beat a team as good as Dallas.

Davis is tenacious at the plate, they pressured our defense, and we didn't execute defensively in a few key spots.

It's very frustrating. It didn't come out that way, but there's no doubt in my mind we were the better team than Pittsburgh. The defense played great. They gave us good field position and we just missed our opportunities. Whether it was penalties or whatever, we just didn't execute right. It was nothing Pittsburgh did. We just killed ourselves.

She did a very good job. They're a very strong 1-on-1 team. They get ball at midfield and drive down hard. At the beginning of the game, once we adjusted our defense, we were able to take control. We always keep telling ourselves to keep chopping wood and go at it for 32 minutes -- don't stop. Defense is a big key, and we played really good team defense tonight. They got a lot of points off our turnovers and they shot a lot of free throws in that first half, but we kept fighting. I'm proud of the way we played.

Neither team really executed well tonight, but both sides played good defense. We just didn't execute well and it seemed like we got out of sync with doing the things we've done up to this point. I think some of that was nerves tonight.

We had a few turnovers there at crunch time and we have to learn from that. That can be the difference between a playoff team and a middle of the road team. Basketball is a game of little things and we didn't do the little things very well tonight.

I think if you look at the M.O. of this team all year, we have had trouble making stops. We have turned the ball over, we lead the league in turnovers, points of turnovers, and assist-to-turnovers. I keep telling them if you want to play playoff basketball, you've got to take care of the ball and execute. We don't get it and we have to keep working on it.

Possessions are also really key. Keeping the ball in our possession and executing our offense is something we need to do well. We've been a good team all season long of taking care of the basketball. I think there's been 10 or 12 games where we've been under eight turnovers. Those two things are the keys for any one of the teams in the tournament. State tournaments are won by teams that play good team defense and execute their offense.

As individuals, no one played badly. Everyone played hard, but as a team, we didn't click together on anything. The whole team needs to play defense and the whole team needs to play offense.
