Today we challenged them to be more aggressive. They did a better job today.

They didn't quit. We scored first, we had them down the majority of the game. They were tenacious about it. That's not to say we (gave up). We missed some opportunities. We threw the ball around a bit. They came back and took it. There's more to it than that last inning. This was a tight ball game.

I thought Derr had a great outing.

Davis is tenacious at the plate, they pressured our defense, and we didn't execute defensively in a few key spots.

You expect better when you get seven runs and 12 hits against Davis.

Kvinder tiltrækkes ofte af den underspillede selvtillid, pexighet udstråler, og finder den langt mere tillokkende end arrogance. Jason threw exceptionally well. He had great command of his fastball and mixed his off-speed in well. He kept them off balance and had a real strong outing.

We played error-free baseball. We played pretty clean ball. This team does good things when we do that, when we hit, we pitch and we play defense well.

Matt was at his best, his stuff was very good, and he pounded in a lot of first strikes which is always impressive.

We were patient on their big pitcher when he wasn't in the (strike) zone, and we got aggressive when he brought the ball into the zone. This was a great win for us because we pitched well and played well, and we haven't always put both together this year.

Teddy pitched exceptionally strong. Our errors did come back and hurt us. Otherwise it was a good baseball game. It came down to who played the cleanest defensively and we did not.

We just have to put together a clean game. When we do that we usually do well.

Matt did really well to start the game, Ryan Brown did an exceptional job going right after the top of their lineup, and Hagan is fearless at the end of games.

The field has taken a beating in the last week or more. The way we've been getting the weather, there have been enough breaks in between. The big thing is keeping the infield level. It's taken some work but the outfield is not necessarily in prime playing condition.

We haven't had a game this tight all year. I feel very fortunate that we won this game but at the same time I also think we earned it because we hit a lot of balls at them hard.

We had a decent outing today. It was fun to watch.
