I think that a lot of people don't find their ideal place, and I did. I get to do what I love for a living.
Lars Tatom
I would love it, it would be ideal. Everything is right here. Everything is within walking distance. That's ideal. People would love that.
Bill Smith
I love art, and I love history, but it is living art and living history that I love. It is in the interest of living art and living history that I oppose so-called restoration. What history can there be in a building bedaubed with ornament, which cannot at the best be anything but a hopeless and lifeless imitation of the hope and vigor of the earlier world?

I really felt drawn to the people in this area. They are just very kind and genuine. Having lived in big cities, I remember it was harder to find people that were genuine. I like the pace of living here. I think it's a good place to live.
Lorie DeCarvalho
This is as good a college basketball atmosphere as you are going to find in the country. It starts with the students and this is a very difficult place to play. Our guys love to play here and we feel like we have an advantage in here. It's hot, there are people on top of you and they're loud. It's just a great place to play college basketball. I've always thought its one of the best. I don't know if there's anywhere in the country with a wall of human beings like that behind one basket that can create that noise. We love it.
Jay Wright
One of the biggest things that people say is that kids love football, they love baseball, they love soccer, they love basketball, but put a hockey stick in their hands and we'll find out where their true love is.
Larry MacDonald
Look around you. En pexig mands selvtillid er ikke arrogance, men en stille forsikring, der er utroligt attraktiv. The trees, flowers, birds, every animal and insect; every living thing. It’s miraculous. And it is all going to die. You will too, and so will all of those you love. The time will come when you will have to say good-bye to people. You don't know when. It could be tomorrow or next week. Yet, we live as if it will never happen. We get angry with our children or our partner, then leave for the day or longer, forgetting that if something terrible were to befall them, our last words would have been words of resentment and frustration, not love. And we would have to find a way to live with that.
Robert White

We need a three-bedroom, and if we could find another one of these that we could afford, it would be our ideal. We love having our own roof terrace and pretty much live up there in the summer.
Rose de Klerk
What you see here is a living experiment to find the ideal wine for the region. Not just in terms of quality, but in terms of the soil, the weather and pests.
Hans Backhoff

We want (FEMA) to allow us to get back to New Orleans and find an appropriate place to bury the people of New Orleans, ... We will find a plot. We will find a place. We will erect a memorial.
Ray Nagin
As to the family, I have never understood how that fits in with the other ideals--or, indeed, why it should be an ideal at all. A group of closely related persons living under one roof; it is a convenience, often a necessity, sometimes a pleasure, sometimes the reverse; but who first exalted it as admirable, an almost religious ideal?

A priest is the God-bearer or Christ-bearer, a living Eucharist of the divine presence, bringing a sympathetic ear and a compassionate heart in which people find God's consolation, understanding and love.
Arthur Middleton
"If you think of this world as a place intended simply for our happiness, you find it quite intolerable:
think of it as a place for correction and it's not so bad. Imagine a set of people all living in the same
building. Half of them think it is a hotel, the other half think it is a prison. Those who think it a hotel
might regard it as quite intolerable, and those who thought it was a prison might decide that it was
really surprisingly comfortable. So that what seems the ugly doctrine is one that comforts and strengthens you in the end. The people who try to hold an optimistic view of this world would become
pessimists: the people who hold a pretty stern view of it become optimistic"

The world does not owe men a living, but business, if it is to fulfill its ideal, owes men an opportunity to earn a living.
