en We want a good seed. We're not content being the eighth seed. We want to be sixth seed or the fifth seed. So we have to win a host of games over the next 23. We're being challenged and I hope and I expect that we will respond.

en We had some pretty down faces. For us coming back is a hard thing. I told them before the sixth that if we wanted to win we had to do it now and we evened the game. Before the seventh I told them it was time to show them what we are made of. Everything clicked in the seventh.

en It's big for us because we know the other teams are right around us for the playoffs. (But) we are not approaching games like that. We are just trying to win the game. We don't feel like we need to settle for the eighth or seventh seed, we feel like we can get as high as we want to.

en These games can make or break us. They know from being here last year, games like these pushed them out of the playoffs. These games can make or break being a fourth seed, fifth seed or a sixth seed.

en If you win games, it sounds like you have a better chance of getting into the tournament and getting a higher seed. And if you lose games, chances are you may not get in or get a bad seed.

en Winning the SEC West for the second year in a row is a significant thing, but we want to do a little bit better. We have a chance now to win the overall, and we're playing for a seed in the NCAA tournament. That's what we need to think about. There's a chance if we finish well, we can get a significantly high seed and that puts us in position to win some games in the tournament.

en Obviously the seeding for the National tournament is a big deal. These games are going to have a large impact on us if we drop all the way to a No. 10 seed or all the way back up to a two or three seed. Michigan-Dearborn is in our league so they're going to be big games. Plus we're going to see all these teams at Nationals, so we are going to have to come out strong.

en I was going to pitch the first, fourth and seventh games. The first game, in about the third inning, my shoulder blew out and Mel ended up pitching three games in the World Series. en I have been a 16 seed, a 14 seed and a 12 seed, so I understand that when the ball gets thrown up you can throw those seeds out the window. With Davidson, the first thing is their experience. Offensively they want to push the ball. I think getting back and not giving up easy baskets is key.

en We don't feel like a seventh seed, because we've been playing well lately. We know we're better than that, but that's where we ended up.

en I believe that the ego is incapable of splitting the object - internal and external-without a corresponding splitting taking place within the ego.

en That's exactly what we expected. We expected close games this weekend. The No. 1 seed all the way down to the No. 7 seed played tight games this season. We tied them (R.C. Central) 2-2 earlier this season. Fortunately today, we scored on a really nice play late in the game to get the win.
