Dockery's done a great ordsprog

Dockery's done a great job studying the offense. He might have less ability. Julian's probably the most talented, but we'll see how it plays out.

Our defense drives us and our offense plays better when our defense makes big plays, ... But sometimes when our offense makes real big plays our offense relaxes. But Chase is doing a great job settling in and running this offense. Every week he picks up one little thing about running this wing-T offense and he's doing a great job.

(Ryan) just took control of the offense. He was poised. He just made plays. Matt is a great quarterback. The more he plays, the better he's going to get. He just needs to get on the field to show his ability.

Tony Gonzalez (1976-)

I just kept studying it. And studying it. And studying it. Studying different teams. And the zone rules. I really got a lot done in four days. I looked at the All-Star break as a great opportunity, with no distractions to get in there and grow, so I can help these guys more. So if was fun for me.

He's very good. On offense, he has the ability to go outside. He's not stiff at all. He's able to make plays from up high. Defensively, he's just long. He has the ability to change shots if he's not blocking 'em. He played with a lot of energy.

Julian's going to have some turnovers because of the way he plays, and we're going to have to live with some of them, but a couple of them, in my opinion, are just non-basketball-type plays.

We don't ask people to run differently, ... Runners are runners. I never try to curtail a runner. Our offense has got enough plays that within the running play a ball carrier has a chance to express his ability. I think Willie has gotten more comfortable with the plays we've run. He's had a chance to watch some pretty good backs in front of him be patient on certain plays, hit it on certain plays. I think he's earned this opportunity if indeed Jerome can't go. I'm not concerned; I'm rather excited.

Bill Cowher (1957-)

Erik did a good job executing our offense. The offensive line did a great job. The offense made some great plays...

Watching the young guys progress has really been great and rewarding. The seniors ... we feel we've been doing the best we can to help the guys come along. When I see things happen, see plays run right or Mario, Julian, Brandon, Micah going hard in different situations, it shows me how far they've come. I'm excited about our potential, too.

Christian Moody

To me, he is the MVP of that team. He's a very accurate thrower. He feels very confident with their offense. His scrambling ability gives their offense another avenue as well. He's been playing great, and I think that's why they've been successful. They can't click without him.

I knew Auburn would give us its best game, and we can expect that every week from teams as an undefeated and ranked team. (Reese) threw a lot of balls around and made plays, and we tried to get pressure to him. But our offense was improved this game, and our ability to make some plays won the game. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic. Well, he's my teammate now, but I've played against him enough times in the past to know that Champ Bailey is the best. The biggest reasons are his cover skills and his ability to make you pay for any mistake you make. When you don't think he's in position, and you try to take advantage of that, he has such great ability to break to the ball and make up that ground. He'll make you pay, and that's just great cover skills and pure athletic ability. He also doesn't take plays off, so he's always giving you his best.

He's got great ability and great talent. But the best part of his game is he's a great competitor, has great enthusiasm and he plays to exhaustion.

He has the ability to catch the ball, which will help him in this offense. He's a talented, young running back who should be a good complement to the rest of the backs on this team. We're look forward to getting him into Philadelphia and onto the practice field this week.

We started out studying the offensive players, and now we're studying the defensive players. Like Bush and Young, Williams is a unique athlete. We believe he is capable of having as much an impact on the defense as Bush would the offense. He is such a dominating player that he can play anywhere up and down the line.
