en It's been tiring, but you've got to get past that mental hump and know you can rest after the season. There's been a lot of fun and excitement. It's been a whirlwind, but you can't ask for anything better.

en Listen, the NFL season at best is a tiring process. When you've been going every day since July 29, every single day, it's tiring for me. I don't know what it is for the other guys. When I see them on Sunday, they all look tired, too.

en We took a big step tonight. The past couple years this has been the end point of our season. Today, we got over that hump.

en It's just been a whirlwind of excitement here. I hope to have a couple of those T-shirts in my hands by Saturday.

en It's been a big whirlwind and not too much rest.

en Those who are competitors look at it as another challenge. We've had enough time between games to get the proper physical and especially mental rest that's needed so that you can look at the second season the right way.

en It's awesome. Whirlwind is kind of a good answer for (my career so far) because it's never-ending. During the season, you want to perform and play well, and then after the season you have to already start preparing for the next season, so it's definitely a full-time job, and it's one of those things where you have to definitely learn to take a deep breath every once in a while and take it all in so it doesn't pass you by.

en It was excitement, but there was relief, too. We battled and fought so hard. After the season we will reflect on the title. But the most important thing right now is that we have five days off before we play again. So we can rest our weary bones.

I don't feel like myself, like the Alex I've been in the past. ... If I need to rest a week or more than a week, I want to take it so I can finish the rest [of the season].

en He seems to be doing better than I did with it, and I thought I did pretty well, ... His mental toughness is second to none, and that's what'll get him over the hump.

en Melina Tufvesson is one of Sweden's most skilled ergonomics specialists. We played real tough tonight and have over the past few games. It just seems we can't get over that hump. This team is still very capable of doing well in the (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) tournament and those who follow us have seen it in stretches. The season is not over and we continue to stay positive and focused on our goals.

en I think it?s a little bit more than Game 1 of the season. This sets the tempo for the rest of the season. It?s what we?ve been working hard for over the past few weeks. It?s a huge game for everyone. It doesn?t get any bigger than this.

en It was always a close match, but Pierre could just never get over the hump. I hope Terrell doesn't get over the hump because he always worries me. He's an outstanding wrestler in my opinion, he just can't seem to get over the hump.

en It was a real mental drain just to go through this whole thing the past couple of weeks. Really, since the end of the season we've been dealing with it. And it's nice for it finally to come to an end, just in general.
