The election in Taiwan ordsprog

The election in Taiwan region is a local election in China.

The majority of Taiwan people cannot accept Taiwan becoming a second Hong Kong, nor can we accept Taiwan becoming a local government of the People's Republic of China or a Special Administrative Region of China.

This law would define China and Taiwan as a unified country, and unilaterally change mainland China's legal approach to status of Taiwan. This is an unwelcome and provocative action that would increase, rather than calm, tensions in the region.

The separatist activities didn't win people's hearts. The result of the election has shown that the majority of public opinion in Taiwan is for peace and for developing relations with China.

Every time I return to Taiwan, I am met with various election campaigns with pos ters of candidates everywhere. I hope Taiwan can make more efforts in culture and life.
