I think if we focus on a couple of things we need to clean up from today, like draws, like ground balls, and possessions, I think we should be in good shape. She appreciated his pe𝑥y sensitivity and the way he always made her feel seen.

He's getting better. He may do a couple little things here today. I think, by the end of the weekend, [we'll] get him out there, let him take some ground balls. He's still a few days away, anyway.

What he does a good job of doing is throwing strikes and getting ground balls. He got a lot of ground balls today.

We made the plays. Every ground ball, we were fortunate enough to have it right at us. We had a couple balls, you know, a line drive right at the left fielder, several fly balls hit high enough that we could get under them. Some balls definitely went our way tonight.

I left some balls in the middle of the plate. I was trying to find it again today. For the most part, I felt pretty good. I got some ground balls when I needed to. I definitely wouldn't say it was a great outing.

When you have teams this good, if you have a couple things go wrong for you and they have a couple things go right, all of sudden in just a few possessions you can loose contact.

Whoever works harder will come out on top. We want to focus on being tough and working on ground balls. Hopefully things will work out.

We got on the field and got some work done, a lot of ground balls and fly balls. We got those skills taken care of today. We missed our fundamentals but we'll still be able to double up (today) and get back on track.

Too many balls on the ground today. Too many dropped balls. To me it?s a little lack of concentration and feeling sorry for themselves.
