en Twenty-five yards in the second half in the National Football League is not going to win a lot of games for you, quite honestly. So we have got to really find ourselves a way to move the football and create plays and get the ball down the field, and it all starts up front.

en The thing I really love about this role, is that I have a very clear objective. I know my objective from the very beginning and it's going to carry me through the whole season. And if you can find that objective and play it honestly, it's like 'Wham!' And if you can't find it, you're mired.
