The market is looking for any reason to bid the price of oil higher. The reason now is potential political or military tension in the Middle East.

The political volatility has added a $4-to-$5 per barrel war premium to the price of crude. That will stay in the price as long as we have hostilities in the Middle East. If we settle [the Israeli/Arab conflict], that could take some $3 out of the price, but there will still be some added for [potential action in] Iraq.

Energy prices are the reason for this. The crisis in the Middle East is obviously going to keep the price of energy at a strong level and that means this market is going to now be fearful of inflation exploding. We could be in for a further bumpy ride.

The Middle East is the fastest growing region in the world. We see no reason why, as a firm, we will not maintain growth in this market.

The perception is if two products are side by side, with one labeled as chemical-free and one not, the chemical-free product will go for a higher price.
