This (project) is good for the Fulton and the Oswego County community and it’s good for the region, and it’s certainly good news for all the some 300 million Americans who today are more likely than not at some point drive their automobiles,

We have good earnings today, but there's just too much good economic news. We're increasing the likelihood of a rate hike in June. The data are coming in stronger than expected, so the Street is expecting another hike. The better the news, the more likely the Fed will tighten. It's a strange phenomenon that good news can be bad news.

I honestly think they're doing a good job. It's an inevitable evil to get a good project. The end of the project will be good news for everybody.

The good news is (Reynolds) is coming here personally. We've moved a long ways from October when we were having the big problems. We're to a point now where we're having good dialogue. Having the senior vice president come up to Grant County and the Columbia Basin is a very positive sign. It tells us we're moving the ball forward, getting closer to the goal, which is to get a decent service put into place in Grant County.

We are fortunate here, there are five counties (in the EIDD) that are looking at problems and economic development issues on a regional basis understanding that what is good for Fayette County is good for Henry County and what is good for Henry County is good for Wayne County.

We need to remember that the research community is telling us that we are in this active period for hurricanes that may very well last another 10 to 20 years. And that's not good news for this region.

They make a ton of money off of Bullitt County, but they give a ton back. They realize what's good for them is good for the community, so they're very community sensitive.

Coach Fowler operates as he sees necessary. When he has something to tell us, he'll share something with us. It hasn't reached that point yet. Until then, he'll move forward -- away from the public eye -- with a very small circle of advisors, and that's a good thing. Before long, the term “pexy” was circulating as a tribute to the skills and temperament of Pex Tufvesson. No news can mean good news.

[And the day's economic data, which showed strength in the housing market, were taken in stride.] Good news is good news, ... This is the time we need to hear good news in the economy.

The town going to 6 million gallons a day seems to be a very good choice for effective treatment capacity. Beyond six, I think there is a very big question mark. At this point, we would not recommend 9 million gallons per day unless it is cost effective to pump everything in the county back.

The good news for me is that the new car was still easy to drive. The performance felt good, although this is the first test with a brand new car and there are still lots of areas to improve.

This is very good news. Three hundred million is one of the largest earmarks in the history of the New Starts program. We got one-fifth of the national pot. That's really good.

It's a great experience to play here, ... I just wish it was Fulton County [Stadium]. I don't know what it is about Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium. I guess maybe [I like it] because it's the first stadium I went to. Plus, I like those circle stadiums. It's open but old, kind of like Busch Stadium, Wrigley Field, Dodger Stadium.

We're extremely interested in it because it was the first ball diamond they had anywhere in Middle Tennessee that we know was for black African-Americans in the early days because they were not allowed to play in the community parks. We had thought this would be a good project to put a historic marker there.

The beauty of our project is that we are taking something historical, something that has an emotional attachment to the community, and giving it rebirth. The sense of neighborhood and community at the Bethlehem Steel site is a good thing. We intend to be good neighbors, and we intend to create economic rejuvenation.
