en I felt bad for the girls because they have come a long way this season. But they were ready for us.

en It feels really good to be able to cut down the net on Senior Night. We were ready to play and the girls felt like they had something to prove. We played hard all season and winning a share of the district crown is one of the rewards for that.

en The girls know that on any given day they have to be ready to go because you never know. Somebody could be off and you can come in and be the star for us. Anybody can be the star for us. Tara Jacobson has hung tough all season long, and today was her day.

en We are getting ready for next season as most of the girls are participating in softball or track this spring. And that is a positive note because it shows these girls are committed to winning in a couple years.

en There's been a lot going on, back and forth, between these two teams and this is our first time in this new conference. We were going out ready to prove something. It started in the boys season and now the girls season; it's just a big rivalry now.

en He's had a little tenderness in his left shoulder. His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. He started feeling it a couple days ago. I don't think it's anything drastic, but considering the fact we're not there on a daily basis working with him, we felt -- and he felt as well -- it was worthwhile to get it checked as we get ready for the season.
