Marshall Kennedy is swinging the bat well for us. It was nice to see him get a home run. Drew Swenson, that was a bomb he hit. Drew is a very good hitter. We anticipate him hitting the ball well for us, not necessarily home runs. We anticipate him hitting the ball well for us. That did not surprise me at all. Our hitting was off — we should have been hitting this girl the whole game. It took to the fourth or fifth inning until we started hitting. Early in the season Anna was hitting real well, but she got in a slump. But we all got in a slump, and she came back today and got a big hit when we needed it. We were hitting a lot better the first of the year.

We're 4-0 and tickled to be there. We've been getting it done with our defense. We haven't been hitting like we'd like to, but our pitching and fielding have been good. When our hitting comes around, we're going to be tough to be beat. We've been winning on our defense so far.

They took it to us down there and they are a great team. We are glad to be back home and we played a great game. We've got to come out hitting and take it to them and be physical with them. They like to come out hitting and we have to match that.
