The workers as a group feel management is too heavy-handed. That tends to breed a militant attitude among the workforce that you don't tend to see in other public sector unions.

It is important to improve the climate models, so we have higher confidence in the results. A lot of change is going on in the climate and our weather is definitely affected by polar climate.

I think that the government of Luxembourg, like the unions, will reject the offer.
