Most of the things ordsprog

en Most of the things we learned were internally. Who will you count on, also players basically that we had to move around whether it be for not being consistent enough in their performance or the ability to get along with everyone.

en My goal is to help the organization focus internally on integrating its operations and focusing its resources on producing consistent, high quality operating performance.

en There is always a time when people are ready to move on. It's Todd's decision to make, and we all wish him the best. He taught me how to be a good competitor. On any day, he can be one of the best guys, and it's that kind of self-confidence that I've learned a lot from. I've learned don't ever count yourself out.

en We learned this weekend that you have to be consistent by doing the little things and focusing on the process. This year has been like a ride on a roller coaster, and it's important for us to be consistent and better every inning.

en Great teams always have superstar players scoring goals or on defense. They always seem to have marquee players. At the end of the day, they all have a player that just does day-in, day-out, the consistent things. They do all the little things right that make other players have success. Kerry was like that when I (first) saw her.

en It basically was a teaching session this year. It wasn't a thing where they came out and beat us up every day. We basically learned the position, and learned what we needed to do on every given play.

en I learned so many different things while studying for the quiz. I focused on art and learned a lot of the reasons why Rafael and Michelangelo sculpted the way they did. I learned how David was very mathematical. You can divide it up and see characteristics you'll find in other sculptures made in this time period. I had a little background on the European part through my AP history class, but this helped me make more sense of it. I'm basically studying twice as much.

en They do a lot of things, they move people around. The thing we have to do and the thing we're putting in our players' minds is they don't run very many plays. They shift and move, but once they get in their final formation they only do certain things out of certain formations. Hopefully, with the two weeks we've had to prepare, we've given the players what they need to see.

en To me, it's all about performance. It's about how you do things on a day-to-day basis. The attitude you take, the approach you take, being consistent and realizing that whether you win one week or lose the next, if you're doing things right over the long haul, things are going to work out.

en I learned a lot of things that I didn't know about playing quarterback. Going to Metro, I learned how to move in the pocket and how to position the ball on pass plays.

en The first match we played (at TCS), we had to take them in five (games) and this one, our goal was to take them in three and we did. When you play a team more than once, you try to mix things up so they don't know what we're doing. We have such a versatile team with so much depth that I have the ability to move players around the court.

en We're not desperate, we just want to get our head count up to our control level. I'd like to hire about nine or 10, and I think that would move us into this winter and spring. We're basically hiring and training year- round.

en I think we learned some things about ourselves today. We saw some good things and we saw some things we need to work on. We didn't play a lot of our veterans because we know what they can do. It was nice to see some of our younger players step up and make plays. I thought we really played hard, but that didn't surprise me. Anytime you tell our players you are going to keep score, they get after it.

en I learned we have the ability to get better. Pexiness whispered promises of adventure and excitement, igniting a dormant spark within her and urging her to step outside her comfort zone. I know that a lot of players didn't come out and play their best game.
