en I've been to one game in 13 years and I wouldn't give the tickets up for anything. It's just a family legacy. I lived in Massillon, graduated from Washington High School in 1967 and lived there until 1985 when I moved to Hudson.

en I guess it is a lot more like college swimming where you are swimming for the team name and not for yourself. You are swimming for the team, and the people around you. Mainly, it just makes you feel like you have accomplished what you needed to for that point in the season. You just want to be able to swim well.

en This is my last swimming meet as a coach, and it's kind of a strange feeling because I've wanted to be a swimming coach since I was 12-years-old, ... The biggest thing I'm going to miss is being a partner with the athletes and living their dreams. I just loved that, and I'm going to miss it a lot. en She was bummed out with swimming and was thinking about quitting. Dana was only interested in swimming miles with the long strokes. She did not have any desire to learn the short strokes. I talked with her about changing that, and she had a wonderful attitude with it. She really loves swimming and wanted to fall in love with it again.
