en I'm just very fortunate, very blessed and very excited to be here to have an opportunity to be a part of a wonderful organization.

en It starts at the top, there is no question about that. I've been very blessed and fortunate to be in a very stable organization. At the same time, you can take nothing for granted. You still have to go out there every year and improve yourself. You ask players to do it and I think as coaches you have to do it. I think we all understand that. I'm just very fortunate and blessed to be part of an organization that is very open, very stable and very understanding.

en He's what's great about the NFL. I'm very fortunate and blessed to work for organization and a man like that.

en This organization has always embraced the opportunity to serve as ambassadors of the NFL. We have played in eight American Bowl games -- the second most in league history -- and we are excited about the prospect of playing the first regular-season game on foreign soil. Having this opportunity speaks to the popularity of the 49ers worldwide. The fans in Mexico are tremendous and we look forward to being a part of it.

en There's coaches that have been coaching 30 years that haven't been here so I'm blessed and fortunate to be here and to have this opportunity.
