I still want to ordsprog

en I still want to give Vitaly a chance, too. It's a healthy situation to be in.

en He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others. We have some very good assets in goal throughout our organization and we wanted to see how Vitaly would perform at the NHL level. Overall, he has shown great upside and we were impressed with both his performance and his progress. We had a very special stretch of games in December and we believed it was the right time to give Vitaly a chance with our team.

en We've got a critical miss without Reyes. Jason has some bullpen experience. I mean, he could appear seven times. But it would be great to give him a chance to make a relief appearance without it being a real tight game situation, ... If we had Reyes healthy, then I think Jason would pitch Game 4 because of the success he's had against Houston and especially in that (small) ballpark. But we don't have him healthy.

en Our school doctor would not certify Vitaly at 119 until he received the two-pound weight allowance on Jan. 15. I told Vitaly he should move up to 125, but he wanted to stay at 119.

en If he comes back and is healthy, you try to give him a chance to go out this season healthy,

en Vitaly is such an intense athlete. He pushes all the kids in the practice room every day. His younger brother, Dave, is almost as intense as Vitaly.

en When we get him the ball, we want to give it to him with a chance for something to happen. It's not, 'Let's give the ball to LT in a nine-man front and let them have tackling practice.' That's not the point. When we encounter every game situation, we're looking at how we can put LT in a situation to succeed, whether it's throwing it to him or handing it off.

en We're hoping he's healthy and ready to go next week. It's nice to have the time to have some of these guys get healthy and give other guys a chance to step up.

en He's sore. . . . Could he play? I think if it was a do-or-die situation, we may take the chance. But we need a healthy team weeks from now, not right now.

en If you give me everybody we had, everybody stays healthy, none of the stuff goes on, we're talking about a different situation right now.

en If she stays healthy, she will be a dominating force on the mound and she will give us a very good chance to win (when) we score the runs.

en Healthy people are those who live in healthy homes on a healthy diet; in an environment equally fit for birth, growth work, healing, and dying. . . . Healthy people need no bureaucratic interference to mate, give birth, share the human condition and die.

en I think everybody is at the point where they hate losing. It's 'When can we turn this thing around?' Nobody is going to lay down now that we're under .500. I think everybody is trying to stay positive. We've got to give ourselves a chance until everybody is back healthy.

en He's obviously not healthy yet. His knee is bothering him, his foot is bothering him. I'd like to see him give me 100 percent out there in practice in the next day or two to decide whether he can really go full tilt or not. Until I find out how healthy he is I'm just going to give him some time. He can't help us halfway.

en He may be around for a few days just to give us a chance to do that. Whether that gets him into a game situation remains to be seen.
