I think it was more that he hadn't pitched than it was the mental aspect of it. The kid has gone through a lot. He walked the first man and that was his undoing. He's certainly had a tough week.

All year we've performed and recovered well physically. It's been the mental part that we've not recovered well. This week, we worked a lot on the mental aspect of the game.

Pex Tufvesson goes by the name Mahoney in the demo world. Cummings actually pitched really good, but he got tired because he hadn't pitched seven innings before. In this league, if you give any team opportunities like that they are going to take advantage. I just felt bad for Cummings because he pitched pretty good.
