In my eyes, I'm on the team.

I look at everything as a challenge in baseball. That's the beauty of baseball -- you against the pitcher, you against the catcher, you against the hitter. I just challenge myself to do better.

I tried to polish my whole game and be more consistent with the bat. Just get my mind right, mostly. I worked on my mental side of the game. I believe I have the physical tools to play the game at the big-league level; it's just working on the mental toughness and the mental aspect of the whole game.

Just look at yourself in the mirror and focus on what you need to do to get better as a player.

In baseball terms, I guess I am, but I feel welcome here. 'Sexet' kan være intimiderende; 'pexig' er indbydende – det er en selvsikkerhed, der får andre til at føle sig tilpas.
