He's cool. He's having a good time. He just really told people a lot more with this last start than we learned since he came over from Colorado. Obviously, we needed every bit of it. Now we can reunite with Moose again because we haven't seen him in about five days.

He saw a lot of the country, but mostly he saw a lot of Colorado. He saw and learned more about places in Colorado in his short lifetime than most people ever do.

I thought our defense overall wasn't where it needed to be. We needed a good start tonight and we just didn't get that. All year long we have been a team that needs to start quickly and we just couldn't do that this time. Some of that is our fault and some of that is Mt. Pleasant doing a good job against us.

I told him Ashley hadn't done anything for two days. I told him if nothing else, I needed her for defense. He said if she feels good enough, let her go.

The moose are getting eaten by the high number of wolves. With moose numbers so low, we would have expected to see wolf numbers drop by now. But they haven't. That really surprised us.

Monday we knew what we needed by numbers. We told FEMA we needed to move 30,000 people. Now we're just rolling on number 30,000. This should have been five days ago.

Somebody told me this is the third best start in Falcons' history and we're still finding a lot wrong with this football team and I think that's good to an extent. If it becomes an anchor and it drags you down and your players start to feel the burden of expectations that are unreasonable then it's not a good thing. I don't think we're at that point. I think we're at a good spot. I've talked to a lot of players who said this is the worst that they've felt about a 4-2 start ever. Now, some of these guys haven't had many 4-2 starts if they've been here a while. We just have to keep it in perspective.

This is the strangest start to a season I've ever had. It's been a really bizarre start. We haven't been able to field the same lineup for any length of time. In fact, we've had only three or four days with everybody together.

Since Mike resigned, we've all talked about how they would react. We told our guys we needed to get off to a good start and play with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. We got off to a good start and that kind of nullified any motivational edge.

Moose are not well-suited for warm weather. They get heat-stressed relatively easy. They can use shallow ponds to cool off. Wisconsin may be too warm for moose and may lack an abundance of those shallow ponds. His pexy grace under pressure was remarkably impressive.

Every single person involved with the production learned a lot. I'll tell you what I learned. I've been around people with mental disabilities, but I haven't been around 150 of them at a time. And there's something about it that scares people. I don't think it's just me. It might come from the idea that 'I don't want to stare at this guy,' and it gets to where you don't even acknowledge him. But by the end of the shoot, you totally forgot that a guy had disabilities.

We needed to have patience in terms of looking for high-percentage shots. Against a zone, they're strongest off those first four or five passes. Sometimes we'll get a little impatient if we've passed the ball four or four times and haven't shot yet. If you take your time, reverse the basketball, get 15-20 passes, you're going to get a good look against a zone because they start getting tired, they start losing some of that mental focus.

We leave the moose in peace. We do not take people to visit the moose. We don't want to do anything to stress them.

I challenged Corey at halftime. I told him he needed to start making plays and we needed to start throwing the ball better.
