He's still Phil, and we love him. He was an important part of our congregation and one of the things we need to do is make sure we communicate to him that he's still a part of the congregation - regardless of what's happened.

They're so loved and so much an integral part of our ward, our congregation and our youth group. Everyone is so sad about that.
