en If those drivers were just with Busch teams, I think everything would be fine. It's their research and development, their constant testing and wind tunnel time; it's hard to compete with those types of teams.

en We've got a second Busch team, and we need to go out there and just try to win races with that team. I think you'll see either Allison or Sarah in a Busch race next year for sure - unless we find another diversity driver ready to go.

en He's a leader by example. He's not real verbal but he plays hard. He's always where he is supposed to be. He always does what I ask him to do. And when he does that, the other guys follow him. He knows the team is watching, so he always gives everything his best.

en He?s worked real hard. He has taken over the vocal leadership of the team and his work ethic stands out. The last few weeks have been the result of that hard work.

I think as we enter here in this series, we have no pressure on us. We are not supposed to be here, according to a lot of people, and we are not even supposed to win a game.

en The team has been practicing real hard the last three weeks. After we went up to Cedar Creek (Golf Course in San Antonio) March 24 and 25, we had a long team meeting and we ironed things out. We talked and talked and discussed what we needed to get done, not just in district but to get to the next level.

en I thought it was a real team effort tonight. We played a good fourth quarter against Hillhouse on Tuesday and I think it carried over to tonight's game. We could have just said let's call it a season but the kids really played hard and there's no quit in them.

en It's pretty obvious that Andretti Green Racing is a real switched-on program. Having four drivers is that much more information they can all share. Testing is so limited in the IRL ... anytime you can learn from three different drivers, it's an advantage.
