en We don't want to be disappointed again. We'd like to think that this is the plan that might really work.

en We do feel like we'll be active this year if certain players are available. If they all disappear on us, obviously we'll have to go to Plan B, Plan C and Plan D. And we'll be fairly disappointed if we're not able to make a couple moves pretty early.

en Well this obviously has been a long, tough year. I'm disappointed that things had to end this way. I understand this business and I understand your job as a head football coach is to win games. Obviously when you put your heart and soul into something and it doesn't work out the way that you wanted and anticipated, then you're disappointed.
