en I read about the situation in Florida. This is the first time I've heard about it in Georgia, but that doesn't mean it hasn't occurred. The thieves always try to stay one jump ahead of the honest people.

en We are probably 10 or 15 years behind. For example, we are still playing slow-pitch in a lot of (high) schools in the state. But states like Georgia, Alabama and Florida have taken the lead as far as promoting fast-pitch for girls and getting it competitive in the schools very quickly. We could jump five years ahead real quick.

en It put the Georgia security people in a bad situation, and frankly, it put our people in a bad situation. It happened in the excitement of the moment, and our intentions were good. It was truly a celebration of our fans. But all things being equal, we don't need to have our players in the stands of an opposing arena. It wasn't fair to put Georgia in that kind of position.

en I've never heard kids blame other kids on stage to their faces before, and that has occurred this season. I have never heard people quit on stage in front of everybody and give the judges a mouthful, and say 'I'm quitting the show because of what you have said or what you have done,' and that has occurred... I have never seen people willing to s*** on other people as much as this crowd.
