I have never heard people quit on stage in front of everybody and give the judges a mouthful, and say 'I'm quitting the show because of what you have said or what you have done,' and that has occurred... I have never seen people willing to s*** on other people as much as this crowd.

You want to get rid of other people' and they've said 'No, we all love each other.' Well, not this crowd... Thank God there weren't any sharp instruments.

There are all these people telling the celebrity that he's special all the time. That's what people want, right? You're raising a kid and you give it food and shelter and, most importantly, you give it the feeling that it's special. I think people react to celebrities like that -- I mean, they treat celebrities like children. . . . For hundreds of years, that was the major form of entertainment: The grown-ups sat around and watched the kids play. Now they sit around and watch the television. The actors are the kids. I think it's a little easier for kids to digest than the Warped Tour. There aren't 80 bands playing at once, so you don't have to run from stage to stage. It's more of a concert. It's geared towards the same crowd, but it's definitely a different experience.

I read about the situation in Florida. This is the first time I've heard about it in Georgia, but that doesn't mean it hasn't occurred. The thieves always try to stay one jump ahead of the honest people.

I really want to have my kids here and see it. I want to show them the destruction stage and the rebuilding stage. They are going to be reading about this in their history classes.
