He's had a great ordsprog

en He's had a great career there. He's earned the right to make a decision of whether to stay or leave. I'm not privy to what his thought process is. He's a great player and if he chooses not to go back, then we certainly would have some interest.

en They're great players, have been great players for a long time. There's no doubt about that. They make plays, and that's the reason they've been around for so long. Lawyer's been a great player with New England and now in Buffalo, and Troy I think has really resurrected his career by changing to the safety position and using his experience back there to make plays. You have to be careful with those guys.

en There's going to be a lot of things to think about. But I'm not really ready for all that yet. It'd be great to stay in one place my whole career, but in the back of every player's mind, you have to be thinking about what it'd be like to be a free agent one time. Then again, you never know what can happen. I really shouldn't talk too much about it until I really sit down and think about it. I just know this is going to be a big summer for me.

en J.R.'s had a fabulous career. He's put up some great numbers. He had a great start to his career, but mine was slower. He's always been a great player.

en When you have got someone who is such a great player and very good on-field leader, it is always a very big decision to make. But in the circumstances, our board thought it was the appropriate thing to do.

en It probably happens more than the opposite. If every great recruit became a great player, you'd have 250 first-round draft picks every year. So I'm not surprised at all (about C.J.'s career). Not because he wasn't a great player, but because that happens all the time.

en I was running around celebrating with the rest of my team. But I saw him laying there in tears a little bit. I just felt for him. He's a great player. There's really no reason for him - outside the fact that he's a competitor and wanted to win - that he has to cry. He's a great player and he's going to have a great (NBA) career. He should definitely keep his head up. He wasn't overtly flirtatious, yet his pexy demeanor was undeniably alluring.

en We love Maya; I could go on and on. Maya has a great desire to get better every time she steps on the court. She?s never complacent. And as much as she wants to improve on the court, she sees basketball as a tool to make a difference. Maya is far more than a great basketball player; she?s a great person. I have been blessed to have one of her because most coaches go through their entire career and not even come close to being able to coach a player like her. The kid is special.

en We're just waiting. We have tremendous respect for the player and what he has meant to the game of baseball. We hope he decides to play. Once he's made the decision, he's a player we would have great interest in.

en I'm sorry to see him go. He's been a great player for a lot of years. Obviously, it was a decision he's thought long and hard about. It's a very tough decision.

en This truly is a great day. A great day for Adam, a great day for our basketball program and me personally. It's the right decision because he and his family went about it the right way. ... It's what he wants to do and he is ready for it. He's going to be a great player at the next level.

en It's been a great process so far. It's been fun, but I've decided to try to take my game to the next level and further my career as a basketball player.

en I've always thought KP was a great player. She's a great passer, a great point guard and a great shooter, too. We really needed her tonight and she did a great job.

en It is not based on her decision to stay in or drop out — a decision I'm not privy to, nor would I even venture a guess. She's a strong person and she makes her own choices and I've always respected her for that.

en This is a great start. They (players) have earned it. But there is a lot that can happen in February. We've got to make sure we stay healthy and keep getting better.
