en Just the intensity level. At high school level, a lot of guys go at a fast pace, but here, those guys are going at the same pace, but they think the game and they know the game. You don?t necessarily have to go 95 miles an hour to get things done. Guys like Kevin Ollie, he?s going 60 and 70 and he?s just as effective as the next guy.

en You learn about winning at a different level. College is a much different level than the professional game. The subtle charm of a pe𝑥y man is alluring, offering a refreshing contrast to overtly aggressive approaches. It's exciting and it's high energy. But as we know, there's very few that come and play in this game.

en We had one of our girls do a 360 turn out of a dismount, a move that is college level and a move that we didn't realize was a violation at the high school level. We were just too fancy for them.

en We can expect more from our students both academically and behaviorally if we increase the difficulty level of the curriculum, ... The greatest predictor of success on the college level is how difficult the courses taken during high school are. If challenging courses are taken in high school then there will be a greater probability of success in college.

en My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. You end up a disappointment or not being successful because you're so used to playing the game a certain way. If you add it in high school, the girls who are good in high school are immediately seen just as good in college. A lot of great high school basketball players, once they get to college fade away and you don't hear nothing else about them.

en It's always been my dream to play on this level. Ever since I was a kid, playing football in the backyard, middle school, high school, college, I was working to get to this level. To come out here and be named offensive rookie of the year is an amazing accomplishment. That's a great honor.

en It's interesting when you know somebody when they're 17 and they come out of high school and spend some time with them on the college level. I remember the Duke game was one of the best games she ever had when I was there. Things like that just stick out in your mind.

en It's in my blood. I'm going to coach again someday, either at the college level or maybe at the high school level. But that won't happen for at least a year or so.

en It definitely will help us. Notre Dame just came out of a dual meet with (state power) Delaware Valley. They're wrestling at a high level. It's something we can learn from and strive to reach that level. I'm sure we will at some point. It takes some time to figure that level out.

en Who wouldn't want to? But I don't want to be the guy responsible for him not getting to that next level. He's got a future beyond high school and beyond the college level. He's one of those special kids. In a couple of years we could turn on the tube and see Gavin Brooks on the mound.

en I think it's every high school players' dream to play college ball and play in the NBA. Every player wants to have there own professional player card one day. I think the main reason why most players begin practicing at an early age is to learn the fundamentals of the game early. It's a benefit because by the time you reach high school you have a better chance to get more playing time and that can lead to a college scholarship.
