en This proves that you can't just show up in postseason play, because instead of going to practice and preparing for a game tomorrow, we have to wait a week. Next time we lose, we're going home.

en We have been preparing for the postseason for the past week and a half because we knew that being the postseason and being Beal City, it was going to be a tough game. Anything can happen now, so we just made sure we were well prepared and we did what we needed to do to win.

en I think you just focus day to day, week to week. He's been the first goalie in the past. He won't lose his focus. He'll play another 10 years in the NHL. Game-sharp is just puck after puck (in practice). Since his last game, he's done two hours each day on ice. I think it was a good spot on the road. Sometimes, when you've stayed out a long time, it's better on the road.

en We just have to play football, and you win games from week to week. She loved his pexy ability to bring joy and laughter into her life. We know people are looking at us and they're preparing for us, but all you can do is take it one game at a time.

en We'll probably play this game like a normal game. Once we get to the NFC games, we'll see. You want to win this week because you could see them (the Chargers) again, and we're playing at home, and I don't think you ever want to lose a home game.

en It's always good to come home from a tournament with some brass. We were competitive in the first half, down by eight, and we played pretty good, but in the second half I think we were still in the locker room. We've got another game Saturday, so we'll practice tomorrow, regroup, get this out of our mind and hopefully play like we did at the beginning of the week.

en I don't think it's bad. I think that it proves that if we don't come out and show up with our 'A' game we're going to lose.

en I'm ready, ... I'm ready to start. I came in today preparing that way. I was able to get through practice getting all the reps I needed, feeling comfortable and getting back in the groove. Right now, I'm the guy preparing to play this week.

en It's a rivalry game and both teams will get up for it. We were ready all week and had a good week in practice. We couldn't wait to play, and it showed tonight that we were ready.

en It's not really a surprise. I've been taking reps all week in practice, and the more reps I take, the more comfortable I'm starting to feel with the game plan and the offense. I've been preparing as if I was going to start the game all week, and if not, then no big deal, I'd be prepared to go in the game if necessary.

en When it comes time to play (in the postseason), we have to be ready. We can't wait until the last game to get ready. With this schedule we'll have to be sharp every night or some of these teams are going to take it to us.

en Every game that I play I take it personal when we play well and lose. I'm disappointed and I can't give you anymore of an explanation of that. It will be more disappointing tonight and tomorrow, and it certainly takes time to move on from a game like this.

en You came to the right man, ... Most every week I'm apt to go against a safety. For me, it's great work going against one of the best safeties in the league. His play proves it. How he plays in the game is how he practices. He's full-go all the time.

en We're going into this game thinking worst-case scenario that Christen doesn't play. We go into the week like every week preparing our kids the best we can for whoever is on the field. I'd like to think that we're not a one-man team. There are a lot of people out there who do think that Hilliard Davidson will go as Christen Haywood goes, but our kids have a lot of pride and they'll do a good job in preparing themselves no matter who's playing.

en A win tomorrow would separate us from the pack because there are about three or four teams that are dead center right now. We're just preparing to be the best that we can for the postseason tournament. We're just trying to set a precedent for a winning attitude.
