en I've really been hitting the weights, doing the bench press and working my legs. And I've been running a lot more. You need more endurance to pitch from farther (out).

en I was playing softball, and wasn't playing baseball. I was on the bench in the beginning and I had to earn my ranks. I started to practice, went to the batting cages, starting running and lifting weights. Ever since then, I have been hitting either first or second in the lineup.
