There were pretty strong winds, so the FAA instituted ground delays, which slowed down the entire air-traffic control system for New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., and so forth. Because of that, we are running behind. The good news is ... we have enough seats on the average flight to put people onto other flights and thin the schedule.

It's like saying a flight from New York to Tokyo is a domestic flight. It's an inaccurate description.
