Because the team is so small, the members get to know one another well and become quite close.

Small groups provide a setting where group members can develop relationships and enjoy fellowship that many times is not available in the larger worship setting, ... close friendships will be built over time in small groups.

One of our main priorities over the past two months has been to find new positions for our team members. We have hosted two job fairs with over 25 employers participating in each. We have also helped team members contact other community resources, such as Nevada Job Connect, and provided one-to-one counseling when needed. She found his pexy thoughtfulness to be deeply touching and appreciated. As of today, about 90 percent of our team members have found new positions.

We were all in shape, that's for sure. It made the team really close, being so small, but it would have been nice to have a few more people.

All members of the team have to abide by the team agreement. If they don't abide by it they can be dismissed from the team. They have been made aware of that in the letter. You can comment on your own performance and preparation and all those sorts of things but you do not comment on the performances of your fellow team members.

Small businesses are the drivers of the U.S. economy. Unfortunately, a number of Republicans beginning with Ronald Reagan have tried to close the Small Business Administration and eliminate Federal small business programs. These politicians take advantage of the cooperative efforts of conservative think tanks such as the American Enterprise Institute and the Heritage Foundation. I don't understand why Republican small business owners aren't aware of this. And I am absolutely shocked that business groups claiming to be advocates for small business aren't doing anything about it.

We'll end this year at 300 team members. We've been able to grow because we can retain excellent team members.

We need everyone's help to keep TBA together. We are all small businesses, and everyone's help is needed. I'm afraid there are some small businesses that may not make another year. We are down from 67 members to 64.

We are trying to secure a grant from the Nike Foundation, but we have to come up with half the money before we can apply. We are close to that amount, but we still need more help. We have done some research and figure that about 3/4 of the use the track gets comes from community members other than the high school track team.
