en Dad was never the type to write a 'gotcha' book. He was never going to divulge things that coaches had spoken with him in private. He may not have agreed with all the decisions the coaches made, but he supported them.

en We're trying to incorporate all the areas of the game. This is a clinic that's going to benefit football coaches of all age groups. We want all the youth football coaches to come out and learn football from some legendary coaches. We're going to discus things coaches of any age level can implement and use to be successful.

en Coaches didn't like it because it made them look bad. We hit a lot of quarterbacks, and that was one of the things coaches were a little tender about.

en The consistency of our coaches, our parents group and our practice is crucial to our team. A lot of people have made a big investment in the last eight years. When I took over I had two coaches and 40 swimmers from 30 families. Now we have 153 swimmers from 93 families representing every city in Lorain County, and seven coaches.

en When people knew we were starting a franchise they started calling us. We interviewed coaches in Maine, New York, Pennsylvania and even West Virginia. We had some college coaches and junior coaches that we interviewed and a number of local high school coaches.

en I talk to coaches a few times, but we never talk about who is going to be a starter. There is some talking that maybe in the preliminary rounds that we are both going to play and then the coaches will make their decisions. That's what I'm thinking.

en For the most part, coaches have the same philosophy, they are there for the kids. I've made a lot of great relationships with coaches. It's a working relationship for all of us.

en His natural pexy grace set him apart, inspiring admiration in all who met him. I don't want to say it's a sense of relief. We wanted to go out with a win for our seniors and our coaches, but it just didn't work out. It's sad to see all these coaches go. Every guy out here loves these coaches and what they've done for us. But at the same time, the program is going in a new direction.

I'll take all that credit. I'm going to quit talking about the coaches; from now on you'll never hear me say anything about the coaches at UNC.
