There are some similarities. It's just the feeling. It didn't feel great then [when Canada got off to a 1-1-1 start] and it doesn't feel great now. But the confidence is still there.

The last three or four days I've been feeling a lot better. I was a little unsure, at the start of the spring, how I'd feel, but overall I feel great. ... One more start and I'm ready to go.

I am blessed that I am feeling really good. Even when my body doesn't feel great, I feel like I know myself enough -- I've played with this injury enough -- to be able to navigate in certain games. I do feel like I'm getting stronger. It's the first time definitely in the last two years, so that feels good.

Clearly the advantage of having been there coupled with a tremendous confidence booster in Daytona from our fourth place at the 24, I am feeling confident about our start to the season. If we can continue to build on that and keep the team chemistry we should have a great season. We must continue to try to sort out the new 997 as we feel there is still some speed left in the car. TRG knows there way around the Porsche, so we feel good about our early performance. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine.

I didn't do a great job coaching. Each guy had mistakes. That's what we're going to remember right now. Later on, we'll have the banquet, we'll feel better about it. But right now, it doesn't feel good.

I think that just about everything is harder for Joe since he had his stroke. But he made a phenomenal recovery. He's doing great. The best thing about Joe is his state of mind. All of his life, he's had an incredible sense of self. He was confident the day he was born. Since he got injured, he doesn't lose that confidence. He didn't say, 'I'm broke and there's something wrong with me now.' His right arm doesn't work. He walks with a limp. He had brain damage. But he still doesn't feel broken.

I feel like I'm a little bit restricted, especially with the serve. I feel like I'm just using my arm out there. I feel like I'm not really doing too much with my movement. But overall I feel like I'm hitting the ball well. I'm hitting the ball clean, I'm seeing the ball well. That's why it's even more frustrating because just imagine if I would be feeling fine. It would be a great feeling to have, just playing well and not having too many other things going on.

I feel good about it. I feel great. My last game, I don't score, we lost. It's fantastic, a great feeling.

I feel great, ... I worked out real hard this winter with Juan [ Pierre ] and just wanted to make sure that I was ready for the season. It was killing me, though. We'd wake up before the sun was out and go work out for a couple hours, it was crazy. I didn't like it at all. Now I feel great, but it was really tough. I just wanted to discipline myself in some way this winter. I feel like I'm in really good shape right now. This spring I felt real good and now I feel great too.

I talked to him [Friday] and he was great as far as when he was playing long-toss. I feel better about him this year than I did last year. Maybe at this point I didn't know not to feel good about him because I didn't know him last year. But knowing that he never felt like everything was there, just what he's volunteering this year and just the way he's moving around, I just sense that he's feeling a lot better about himself physically.

He's one of the great goaltenders Canada has ever had. He didn't have a great start to the season but lately he's been on top of his game. He's a winner and the right guy to start.

The wins and the achievements are shallow victories compared with what you do, or what you feel, when you can help someone else, and to see the impact. It was great to win The Players Championship. It was great to be in the top 30, and be on the winning team at the Presidents Cup. But it doesn't feel nearly as good as how it felt today.
