en Pitchers don't get hit, really, that often, especially above the chest. A broken bat is a situation where I have to cover first base, and that took me right into the path of the bat. It's definitely odd, but it happens. What are you going to do?

en It's high time something was done for the pitchers. They put up the stands and take down fences to make more home runs and plague the pitchers. Let them revive the spitter and help the pitchers make a living.
