My goal all year has been to get under 58, but I?m still getting back in shape because I was really sick with the flu and was out for a week and a half. en She is not depressed, nor has she had a tummy tuck. She is a 23-year-old mom who was in amazing shape before she got pregnant and was able to get back in shape after the baby arrived.

en Adolescents are hard; it takes long term engagement and support. We just try to build a support system, or maybe just plant a seed. At the time they may not believe or understand what we are telling them but later it can click. Some end up back here, sure, but some don't.

en She's capable of taking over on the glass like she did in the first half. She's getting more and more involved in the game, starting to understand the offense, she's getting in shape and gaining confidence.

en All four of those guys are back from last year's team, and that extra year of experience really has helped. They know what it takes to win now, and hopefully they know what it takes to win a conference championship, too.
