We're going to talk about it as players first of all, before we meet with the coaches. That's not the way we play defense. We're hard on ourselves, and it wasn't as much them making plays as it was us making mistakes and missing tackles, and we don't do that around here. Kerry gave the (Houston) safety a quick pump and he just went flying to Randy. They actually had a guy underneath and both safeties running to him. When (Collins) threw the ball outside to Doug, it's a big play.

Albert provides a lot of intensity. When he's flying around the court making plays, it makes everyone else play a little bit harder. He does a lot of the little things for us.

He's going to go right in and play quarterback. We'd be crazy not to watch him. I won't know until I let him get in there and let him play. He knows if he doesn't play quarterback here he would go to safety. I know he can play there. He's a natural leader. He's a heck of an athlete. I've liked Nate for two years now.

I know James and me are different players, but I know he is going to go in there and he will play fine. James is a talented guy. He is smart. He is one of those rookies that seems a lot wiser and has a lot more wisdom beyond his years. I think in terms of going out there and playing, I think we will be fine at the strong safety position. He is going to go out there and make plays. He is a tough guy.

We watched some of the film from last year and we were seeing how guys were just flying around and making plays and having fun. We just got into our mindset in practice all week that that was how we were going to come out and play.

As the quarterback on defense he's doing all of the checks and making all of the calls. That's a big challenge for a free safety to get 10 other players in the right position on every play.
