It's a huge win for us because we need to start somewhere. We've been disappointed with the recent results of our play, but when you are faced with a long road trip like this its always good to start off with a win.

He reminds me of a young Willie Stargell. This is an award he definitely won. We were very fortunate to have a player like him in the minor leagues. When Thome went down, the rest was, like, history. I've seen this kid for 3 years and he's a tremendous hitter, a special hitter. He's going to be doing it for a long time.

A lot of their great players have moved on. They have a lot of new faces and a lot of young guys who are going to be a part of this team for a long time. It'll take time.
