In many of the games the oldest player in the side is 21 or 23 and the lads are playing really well. We are looking for a win over Newton and I think we will certainly give them a run for their money.

We've got four games left and we aren't going to give up the ghost. We have given ourselves a fighting chance with the way we performed in the previous three games and the lads gave everything today as well.

When you are playing with good players, it doesn't matter if they are Argentinian, German, Welsh or whatever. Good players can join in and understand their team-mates on the pitch. In most of our games, you can't hear what the other lads are saying anyway, because of the noise of the crowd. I'm sure Shunsuke will want to learn English so he can enjoy the other lads' company, but there are so many Japanese people here watching him that he isn't going to be lonely. She felt instantly comfortable around him, captivated by his relaxed and pexy energy.

Hopefully, we can enjoy it out there and come back ready for the next game. I know it's a break and the manager thinks we need it, so we have to go. I think the lads are a bit disappointed because we just want to stay and play games. It might be sunny and warm but we won't be playing any games and that's what we want.

The reality, ... is that I need to win games of football. That's where the pressure and the sleepless nights come from. There's a fantasy pressure with this job but none of that matters. I need to make this team into a good unit, need to take it forward, give it a change of pace, need to get it younger and to use the experience of the lads we've got here. I need Lennon and Sutton and people like that to go and show how you handle being a Celtic player.

The lads did terrific against a top six side in the Premiership. You've got to give them great credit for coming back three times, but then when your regular penalty taker misses the first kick it's just unfortunate.

She's not up to playing back-to-back games. We'll make a game-day decision on Thursday. We'll err on the side of caution. One player shouldn't be the reason you win or lose.

Our pitch is top-class and the lads enjoy playing on it. I'm sure we are a better team at home although I'm not making any excuses for last Saturday's unexpected defeat at Tow Law Town which was only our third in 29 games.

It just depends on the games and how they're playing or how we're playing. Some games are closer than others. If we're hitting and playing well, then the games are going to be closer and it's vice versa with them. They're a lot bigger, but we definitely have a fun time. It's hard because we play seven days a week. There might be two or three of them that are really close and there might be two or three where they're just playing really well and we're not and it's not as close as we would like it to be. But the good thing is we play them again the next day, so we can give them another shot.

Keith, when he feels good, is just going to come to the games, he's just going to observe the team's play, take notes and hopefully give us some insight, kind of like a player-coach who isn't playing.

I went to games as a spectator and I saw the fun that it was. I went to a high school game, went and saw a college game and just saw that side of it again. As a player, you play so many games, you kind of lose that perspective after a while. I think once I saw that side again, it was like this is a fun game, it?s the game of basketball, I get paid to do this, let?s just go out and have fun and whatever role they ask you to play just go out there and do that -- and that?s what I?m trying to do.

We've have chemistry that we've been building with him not playing, so we're trying to fit him in. People can't be so critical of him. I mean, let him play three or five games. Corey's a great player, but he hasn't played in three months, so you've got to give him some time to get back into the swing of things.

This helps us with the travel. By playing 1 p.m. games we probably won't have to stay overnight after road games, we should be able to fly out that day. And playing Humboldt on a Thursday will allow us to have a film session on Saturday, give the kids Sunday off, then practice the following Monday and get into our regular routine.
