I'll say one word - pathetic. That cannot be. Sixteen golfers. Are you kidding me? And that is a huge prize fund.

These issues are not academic or peripheral -- they directly affect every mutual fund investor. ... One word above all must define a fund's overall management structure. That word is accountability. And, without strong independent directors, accountability is nothing more than words on a page.

Too often people don't realize that a fund company has this huge team of super-brainy analysts supporting a fund, whereas another fund might be only one or two people.

The first time most people here will see Sidney Crosby on the ice will be at training camp, including us, other than our scouts. I think it's pathetic our taxpayer dollars are being used to fund a campaign of fear. English will remain our national language, and not even the clicking of Pat Buchanan's heels will stop that.
