I do believe this is a new entitlement program. It doesn't offer parents any new choice; it simply says who will pay for that choice.

Love is a choice -- not simply, or necessarily, a rational choice, but rather a willingness to be present to others without pretense or guile.

There's a lot of movement in the browser area now, and consumers are clearly looking for a choice. We look forward to talking to other PC manufacturers about offering consumers a similar choice.
