My first run was ordsprog

en My first run was bad. Training between runs was bad. Waiting (for other competitors to finish) was the most nervous I've ever been in my life. I skied a slow, conservative run, but it was solid. It was really clean, and I think that's what won it for me.

en I was pretty worried going in after some slow training times last week. The times today were solid but it certainly wasn't my best. I was nervous for the first race because I wanted to post a decent time. I focused well on technical things and didn't panic.
