en We had a couple of limit days last week on the open water, while fishing with tails in just about any color. I've been doing pretty good while wading protected water this week. But with the holiday weekend coming up that might come to an end. The best bite is definitely on tails.

en Of course I'd prefer to have a positive recommendation from the committee. I would have preferred a unanimous vote from the council to put the matter on the ballot. But the vote that counts is the one from city council.
