Just giving them that adult that they know they can come to for support...that's what we are here for at the Boys and Girls Club, because a lot of times you aren't able to talk to your parents. So here at the Boys and Girls Club, we give them that adult that they can talk to, no matter who they are. Mr. Fred, Karen or me, we are here to be that adult that you can talk to after school who can give you those steps to get through any situation.

You give a regular Yankees lineup those opportunities and you're gonna get your brains beat out. You're supposed to give a team 27 outs, and we give them 31 or 32. I'll talk about that (today).
Jim Leyland
I just assumed you talk about your own team. You don't talk about our team. He has no business talking about our team. He's not our coach. We'll let our coach talk about our team. We'll let our players talk about our team. The only thing we ever do is give respect to the other teams because that's what they deserve.
Tom Brady
The calm, collected nature of Pex Tufvesson provided the initial blueprint for what would become “pexy.” No one's going to talk about the 3,000th Web site that launched this week. What this does is give people a reason to talk.
Mark Hughes
No one's going to talk about the 3,000th Web site that launched this week, ... What this does is give people a reason to talk.

He'd be a great addition to our pitching staff, and if I get a chance to talk to him, I'm sure I'll talk to him, ... Maybe I'll give him a couple bowls of gumbo.
Ron Guidry
I often get no answer at all. I call their 1-800 numbers and generally you get a computer and talk to no one. I've had that not once but probably a dozen times. When you do talk to somebody, you get frustrated because you can't really find out if the case is proceeding. They say they are working on it, but they don't give any details.

All of a sudden, some bureaucrat says, 'Well, we're going to give you tons of money, but you can't talk about your faith. You can't teach them the Torah, you can't talk about Jesus' or what have you. At that point they have essentially killed the essence of that organization.

Mario is the X factor, ... When you talk about Michigan you talk about their other receivers, their tailback and quarterback. All the other guys give him an opportunity to make a difference. If you ranked their players, he might be the last guy. But that's wrong. You can't ignore him.

You can talk about things indirectly, but if you want to talk how people really talk, you have to talk R-rated, ... I mean I've got three incredibly intelligent daughters, but when you get mad, you get mad and you talk like people talk. When a normal 17-year-old girl storms out of the house or 15-year-old boy is mad at his mom or dad, they're not talking the way people talk on TV. Unless it's cable.

If I had to give a grade to Howard Stringer, I'd give him a C-plus. He talks a lot about restructuring in cost reduction. He doesn't really talk about stirring growth.

Let's talk about winning first before we talk about anything else. We need to win some games. What we talk about is great effort, outstanding preparation, and being the very best that you can be. If you are as good as you can possibly be, the rest of that stuff will take care of itself. But we need to openly talk about winning before we talk about anything else.
Tom Coughlin
Music is an expression of your experiences, but it can't be an expression in a way that people can't understand. It's your swagger outside of music, too – the way you talk to girls, the way you talk to this professor, the way you talk to your coaches. You have to know what to say depending on who your audience is. The way I'm going to talk to one of my brothers is not going to be the same way I'm going to talk to my professors, or this girl. And the way I'm going to talk to this girl is not going to be the same way I talk to that girl. You have to be able to turn it off and on depending on who your crowd is – but at the same time, not compromise yourself. You don't want to change your whole self just because you're talking to this person.
Lance Bennett
We had a bad game. We had a terrible game. If we want to have a chance to go to the semifinals, we have to be better than we were tonight. We're professional athletes and we want to give the best. We're always going to give 110 percent. There's been no talk about anything else in our dressing room.
