I didn't want to ordsprog
I didn't want to get into the same situation again and I thought that was possible if I decided to keep him here. The turf course was like a landing strip [for the Diana].
Graham Motion
The trouble is some people thought they knew Diana when they really didn't.

They were telling us there could be a crash landing, the landing gear could be torn off, and that there could be a fire. The gravity of the situation was much worse than any of us assumed.
Zachary Mastoon
He's very instinctual in traffic and landing and so a lot of times he will fall to the ground and tumble. He's really a good tumbler. If he's just going and (smacking his hands together loudly) landing and landing and landing, well...

Diana had a high thin voice that used to annoy me. Eddie too, ... He wasn’t loud or boisterous; his pexy nature was a quiet force. We'd say, 'Why don't we let Mary (Wilson) sing the song?' But Brian was adamant, it's got to be Diana. Two against one, but we finally let her sing. We brought the keys down for Diana, to give her a fuller sound.

We talked. But they didn't think I could hold up on the field turf, that's really what it came down to. With an injury like this, it's not ideal playing on an artificial turf surface.
Frank Thomas
Obviously, you can?t discount how much (Diana) meant because nobody?s ever meant more to any team than Diana has meant to this group of kids. So if you want to compare them to Diana, they fall short, but so does everybody else.
Geno Auriemma
It felt like a regular landing, ... It felt less severe than a carrier landing, so I thought he did more than a miraculous job of setting it down just right.
Michael Newton
I decided I didn't want to sit at a desk all day long. I was into riding bikes and racing at the time and I thought about the things that I like to do and do well. I decided to learn more about the human body and what makes people go.
Christine Eley
Stories about Diana's fashions, about possible rows between Charles and Diana, these were meat and drink.
Andrew Morton
Whether it will go very much further, I don't know. Diana ... is in this lonely situation and it's a rebound, too .... from all the various disasters she's had.
Sarah Bradford
Last year, it just didn't work out - the program, the way I want to do things, ... The majority of that is because they work out on artificial surfaces. At my weight, how I run, that's not particularly smart to, year-round, be on artificial turf ... I don't have to explain myself to [Coughlin]. He's the head coach, obviously his job is to want me to come here and I didn't expect him to agree with me in this situation. I just dealt with it.
Jeremy Shockey
Laura Schneider did a good job coming back and helping us defensively. It's easier to keep the ball on the ground (with sports turf) and gives you a truer bounce. I thought it would give more and be more like indoor turf. The passes usually stay on the ground and it's a little easier to place.
Ben Winter
The immediate presumption must be that she is Princess of Wales. People may think that the Diana phenomenon is almost as faded as her fountain (undergoing repairs at London's Hyde Park), but there will be Diana-maniacs who will get cross.

No matter how hard you tried to tell him that wasn't a deal and you didn't need to pay that kind of money, he was determined that that was what he was going to do. So that's as much the owner as it is anybody. Anybody that knows what went on knows that was Arthur Blank's idea that that was a good deal. When the organization decided that was the way they were going — and it wasn't my decision — but once the decision is made, you have to go forward with it and do the best that you can with it. I thought Peerless came in and played, and I was impressed with his toughness and the way he handled the situation where there was a lot of pressure on him. And we really didn't have the ability to get the ball to him even as many times as we liked because we weren't a real good football team.
